Due to the nature of our products being software, our policy is that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.

That being said, we stand behind our work and will try to make sure our customers are happy any way we can. Please read further for more details.


It has happened that a customer downloaded and installed a script (usually a TOS indicator) that simply would not work on their platform for some unknown reason. If this is proven to be the case via a screen sharing meeting and a resolution cannot be found in a reasonable amount of time:

  • a refund may be issued, OR
  • a script of similar cost and function may be given in exchange
